This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you interact with our websites (including https://thesonicenergy.com/), landing pages, forms, text programs, advertisements, and lead-generation funnels on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google, and other digital properties (collectively, the “Services”).

2) How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

3) Consent to Communications (TCPA/CAN-SPAM/SMS)

By submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive marketing and transactional communications from Sonic Energy and its authorized partners via email, SMS/text, and calls (including autodialed or prerecorded messages). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • NAI: https://optout.networkadvertising.org
  • DAA: https://optout.aboutads.info
  • EDAA (EU): https://www.youronlinechoices.eu

Note: Disabling cookies may limit functionality.

5) How We Share Information

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, CRM, communications, analytics, ad tech, security).
  • Affiliates, partners, and authorized agencies to deliver Services and offer relevant products.
  • Platform providers (e.g., TikTok/Meta/Google) for ad delivery and measurement.
  • Regulatory/utility authorities as required to comply with law or industry obligations.
  • Business transfers (merger, sale, financing, or acquisition).
  • Legal/safety needs (compelled disclosures, fraud prevention, security, rights protection).

We do not sell sensitive personal information. Under some state laws, certain ad/analytics disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Your State Privacy Rights).

6) International Data Transfers

We operate in the United States and may transfer, store, or process information in countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

7) Data Retention

We retain personal information as needed for the purposes described, consistent with applicable laws, contractual requirements, and our data-retention policies (e.g., while you maintain an account, for legal holds, or to resolve disputes).

8) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to request deletion.

10) Your Privacy Rights

A) GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA/UK residents)

You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Legal bases: consent; contract; legal obligation; legitimate interests (e.g., improving Services, security, marketing). Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object, and we will consider your request per law.

B) U.S. State Privacy Rights (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA)

Depending on your state, you may request to know/access, correct, delete, and opt-out of:

  • Sale of personal information,

  • Targeted advertising and certain profiling.

We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics. To exercise rights (including an appeal of a denied request), see How to Exercise Your Rights below.
